Effects of Withdrawal

• Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
   

Return of Goods

• Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
