1. Eligibility for Returns

• Only unused, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
   

2. How to Return

2. Use the Withdrawal Form on our website or provide a clear written statement including:

   • Order date

   • Product(s) being returned

   • Your contact information
      

3. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.

Note: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product is received.
   

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

• You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item’s nature, characteristics, and functionality.
   

5. Exclusions

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
