Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all orders placed by consumers through the online shop Kaizen RC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

These T&C apply to all purchases made by consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, or profession) on Kaizen RC.

3. Contract Conclusion

  1. Product listings in the online shop are not binding offers but invitations to order.

  2. By clicking the order button (“Order with obligation to pay”), the customer submits a binding offer.

  3. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email or dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are final and include applicable VAT.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

  3. Accepted payment methods:

    • PayPal

    • Credit Card
       

5. Delivery and Shipping

  1. Worldwide delivery is available.

  2. Shipping is carried out via DHL, UPS, or other reliable carriers.

  3. Delivery times are estimated and depend on the destination. Delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.

  4. The risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

  5. The goods remain the property of Kaizen RC until fully paid.
     

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds follow the procedures outlined on that page.
     

7. Warranty

  • Statutory warranty rights apply.

  • Defective products should be reported immediately to info@kaizen-rc.com.
     

8. Liability

  1. Kaizen RC is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

  2. In other cases, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

  3. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
     

9. Applicable Law

  • The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country remain unaffected.
     

10. Dispute Resolution

  • The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

  • Kaizen RC is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
     

This T&C is part of the contract between Kaizen RC and the customer. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
